Sales Executive Role in Hertfordshire

OTE £30,000 year one



You will primarily be responsible for providing a professional and proactive service to the inbound leads generated in a targeted sales environment

The key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Aim to exceed all targets and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Work in partnership with colleagues to provide a seamless and professional service to our clients.

  • Work as part of the Sales Team to ensure that collective goals are met via outstanding teamwork.

  • Take personal responsibility for your own sales pipeline, ensuring that conversion rates are held at its highest potential.

  • Ensure there is a high level of sales conversion from a range of inbound leads generated through both marketing and client referral channels.

  • Upsell of higher accountancy priced packages at point of sale to deliver a higher Average Revenue Per Client from all joiners

  • Help to nurture the lead pipeline and work closely with the marketing team to ensure there is a healthy level of leads to qualify and convert.

  • Take personal responsibility to maintain an in-depth knowledge of contractor accountancy and the legislation and tax policy affecting this market, and of the market conditions and competitor framework our brands must work within

  • Ensure that all data collection and the brand’s processes are completed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner (including activity reporting and all aspects of the registration process).

  • Be proficient in the timely and accurate management of sales data in Salesforce CRM ensuring reporting is accurate and up to date to help track performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales experience in both inbound and outbound

  • Experience of nurturing and managing a pipeline.

  • Proven/demonstrable sales record.

  • Experience of target/KPI driven challenging sales environments.

  • Computer literate - MS Office/CRM software/telephone system.

  • Excellent communicator - able to influence effectively both internally and externally.

  • Identify and act upon revenue generative opportunities.

  • Hard-working with a "can do" attitude
